Eidos will distribute both titles throughout the world, with the exceptions of Infernal in the former USSR and Japan, and Ancient Wars: Sparta in the former USSR, Italy, Spain and Latin America.
"It's great to be working with PlayLogic and to have these two exciting titles added to our 2007 PC line-up," said European Managing Director of Eidos Scott Dodkins. "We know both titles are highly anticipated and we look forward to bringing them to market."
Ancient Wars: Sparta is developer by Russia’s World Forge. Taking place in the ancient Mediterranean between 500 and 450 BC, gamers get to take charge of the Spartans, Egyptians or Persians.
Infernal sees gamers battling with hellish forces. Developed by Polish studio Metropolis, the game’s star is Ryan Lennox, a fallen angel recruited by Satan.
"We are very excited to have found in Eidos our distribution partner for both titles," said VP and chief marketing and sales officer at PlayLogic Stefan Layer. "Eidos has an excellent distribution network and is highly experienced in marketing its products, such as its Tomb Raider franchise, which will drive the sales of both games. We are looking forward to working with them."
