This is a key sales position with responsibility for managing some of Empire Interactive’s most important UK retailer and distributor relationships.
Reporting to the UK General Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, quantifying and developing sales opportunities with existing UK accounts, exceeding sales targets and proactively developing new customers.
You will have a track record of developing profitable sales, preferably within the games industry (although applicants from other industries will be considered). You will be professional, self-motivated, proactive, well organised, persuasive and conscientious. Most important will be your desire to achieve targets and to become a key influence in the UK team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and talented sales person displaying entrepreneurial skills wanting to take more control and responsibility of a vibrant business.
You will be responsible for managing and developing Empire
Interactive’s export business, driving the p&l for retail and licensing sales. You will achieve this through strategic planning, identifying and securing incremental revenue streams, driving sales opportunities with existing European partners and proactively developing emerging markets.
You will have a proven track record of sales achievement and the ability to maximise profitability by thinking creatively, planning and closing sales opportunities. International sales experience within the games industry would be advantageous but more important is the ability to drive sales in a thriving and growing business.

As a key player in the music creation software market and on the back of strong growth in the US it is now intended to develop the eJay business through new product development, product acquisitions and improved distribution.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a creative and commercially focused general manager to take the business to the next level, building the portfolio and sales for the long term.
You will be based in the UK but will manage the eJay brand globally.
With overall p&l responsibility you will formulate the business strategy, acquire and conceive the product range and support this with effective marketing and distribution.
You will have a track record of developing profitable business within the software industry. Experience of music or utility software would be a distinct advantage. Above all, as a central role within the organisation, an innovative, creative and tenacious approach will be essential.
