FIFA 17 tops UK June console digital charts, Crash Bandicoot debuts at No.8

The Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is not only selling well at retail, but also had impressive digital sales in June.

Despite launching really late in the month, on June 30th, Activision’s collection of remasters managed to debut at No.8 in the UK console digital charts for June, with revenue reaching 0.93m. With two other games in the Top Ten (Overwatch at No.5, Black Ops 3 at No.6), Activision Blizzard had strong results this June, with combined revenue from these three games reaching 3.3m.

It’s still far behind EA and its champions, with FIFA 17 still taking the top spot in June and generating 8.31m in revenue during the month. EA’s Battlefield 1 landed No.3, with 3.76m in revenue and FIFA 16 is still here as well, at No.10, with revenue reaching 0.88m. Overall, EA made nearly 13m in June, making the publisher the indisputable winner of the digital charts.

Meanwhile, Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto V kept its place at No.2, with 5.06m in revenue, and there was a new entry at No.9, with Tekken 7 making 0.90m for its first month.
