EA’s The Godfather reverses its slide down the charts, recovering two places to fourth, whilst Nintendo’s Animal Crossing: Wild World prolongs its remarkable stay in the top ten, slipping one place to fifth. Another Nintendo DS title, Metroid Prime: Hunters debuts strongly in sixth spot.

Vivendi Games’ Ice Age 2 slips two spots to seventh place whilst EA’s FIFA Street 2 climbs one spot to claim eighth. Sony’s Buzz! The Big Quiz recovers from being on the brink of exiting the top ten, climbing one spot to ninth, whilst Eidos’s second top ten entry Championship Manager 2006 climbs a whopping ten places to tenth spot.
