EA officially announced the title in May, but to date only selected retail partners and journalists have had the chance to take a look at it.
Now Kotaku reports that the title, which is set to feature the likeness of notorious ear-biter and womaniser Mike Tyson, will be displayed in full video form at the Spike ceremony on December 14th.
The boxing genre has suffered a bit in recent times with both EA’s own Facebreaker and 2K’s Don King Presents Prizefighter failing to perform on a critical or commercial level. However, Fight Night 3 was a big success for EA and still stands up as one of the best next-gen sports titles to date, despite being two years old.
The game is scheduled for release on both Xbox 360 and PS3 next year.
