Gerhard Florin, one of several high profile directors to have resigned from EA since March, has emerged as chairman of browser games firm Innogames.
Florin previously worked as executive vice president at Electronic Arts and was responsible for sales, marketing and distribution across Western Europe.
Recent directors and bosses to leave the Battlefield publisher include Jeff Karp and John Schappert who now work at Zynga.
