Games for Windows Marketplace gets facelift

Microsoft has gone live with its brand new look and design for its Steam-rivalling Games for Windows Marketplace.

Prices include BioShock 2 for 14.99 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare or World at War for 19.99. Users can filter games by Windows Live compatibility.

And as a Microsoft portal, users can also sign-in with their Xbox Live ID (the site will display a user’s avatar and Gamerpoints total) and spend their existing Microsoft Points.

Also featured is a DailyDeal (which today is Borderlands at 50 per cent off) and a Deal of the Week (75 per cent off Osmos).
