The upcoming 3DS XL can now be pre-ordered for just £167.97 from online retailer GameStop.
That’s the cheapest price yet seen on the handheld in the UK and suggests that Nintendo’s trade price on the device is directed towards a £200 – or perhaps even sub-£200 – RRP on the High Street.
Current pre-orders for the device vary from £179.84 at indie retailer ShopTo all the way up to £209.95 at Zavvi (which, incidentally, claims that the machine will have a £249.99 RRP).
The 3DS XL will be released in the UK on July 28th.
