This follows the exit of worldwide studios president Don Mattrick and executive vice president Bruce McMillan over the weekend. Mattrick, who had served 23 years at EA, will be replaced by V. Paul Lee, who was chief operating officer.
Both Lee and Mattrick joined EA as part of the company's acquisition of Distinctive Software in 1991.
Further re-organisation of the US giant’s development strategy is now expected, whilst EA moving its central European office from Chertsey to Geneva is also due to be officially announced this month.
