Gem snares Dragon

The Dragon Quest series outsells even the mighty Final Fantasy in Japan, having sold over 40 million copies in its homeland. Journey of the Cursed King is the first in the series to clinch a European release.

“We are delighted that Square Enix has chosen Gem as its partner to distribute one of their most renowned franchises,” stated Gem’s marketing director Dean Van-Velsen. “The Dragon Quest brand is one of the most esteemed names in the history of gaming.”

Dragon Quest: The Journey of the Cursed King will be released in PAL territories this April.
