Jonathan Goddard has joined publisher City Interactive as global PR and marketing manager.
Goddard joins the firm from EA, where he held the role of senior international games label PR manager. He worked at EA for almost five years and also held the role of technology editor at popular national paper Metro.
In his new role, Goddard will handle the worldwide PR and marketing of City Interactive’s biggest upcoming titles, including the CryEngine 3-powered follow-up to last year’s Sniper: Ghost Warrior.
“City Interactive is going places. Fast. I couldn’t be happier to be a part of the growth that is sure to happen over the coming years,” Goddard said.
“I’m relishing the opportunity to make a material difference to such a dynamic company with a growing reputation and a solid title roster in the pipeline.”
City Interactive CEO Marek Tymiński added: “Jonathan will be a major part of our aggressive plans as we continue to expand and reposition City Interactive within the interactive entertainment industry.
