Google Glass goes on sale in the UK

The Explorer Edition of Google Glass has gone on sale in the UK.

Customers wanting to get their hands on the wearable tech can now purchase it for 1,000 fromthe Google Play store, with shipping estimated to be between one and two days.

The eyewear is available in Cotton, Charcoal, Tangerine, Shale and Sky colour schemes, with frames from Google’s ‘Titanium’ range available as an optional add-on. The purchase of the Explorer Edition includes a free extra frame or shade, which otherwise cost 175 or 120 each, respectively.
