Mortal Kombat: Armageddon has matched the performance of its predecessor, MK: Shaolin Monks, by shipping over a million copies around the globe. The title is available on PS2 and Xbox, with a Wii release expected in April.

Midway’s biggest release for the first half of 2007 is John Woo’s Stranglehold on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. An interactive sequel to Woo’s celebrated Hard Boiled movie, the 3D shooter stars Chow Yun-Fat.
