Media giant IGN has signed up as gold sponsor for the London Games Conference.
The November 10th event brings together 300 games industry execs to hear from innovative businesses and opinion formers in the digital games space. Keynotes this year come from GameStop and Valve, with Eidos life president Ian Livingstone, Microsoft Game Studios Europe creative director Peter Molyneux and Sega’s John Clark also set to deliver talks.
Other sessions on the agenda look at which firms will not survive the digital transition, what the industry can learn from the music business, and how deeply security compromises have impacted publishers. More headline speakers and the full schedule will be announced next week.
“LGC has become an essential date in the calendar bringing together leaders from development, publishing and media to share vision and innovation,” said Rich Keen, marketing director, IGN UK. “We are proud to be a sponsor.”
LGC takes place at One Wimpole Street, London on November 10th, and starts at 4pm. The four-hour conference is followed by dinner and networking.
