Impressive Atari Hits app arrives

One of the most ambitious retro game collections to hit smartphones has arrived in the Apple App Store today.

Free to download, Atari’s Greatest Hits offers a comprehensive collection of both some of Atari’s greatest arcade hits as well as an assortment of 2600 console titles.

While the app is free, it comes pre-loaded only with Pong. After that 25 packs containing four titles each are available for 0.59 each or the entire 100 game library can be purchased for 8.99.

In addition, a number of the games also include Bluetooth multiplayer options. Pocket Gamer has the full list of titles.
