Konami signs Adriano

The signing of Leite Ribeiro Adriano for the European version of the soccer game comes as Konami takes the game to new formats for the first time. In addition to the PS2, PC and PSP skus, Konami will be releasing versions for Nintendo DS and Xbox 360.

“Adriano is rightly regarded as a player with skill, pace and passion – all key elements to success in Pro Evolution Soccer 6,” said Konami’s European marketing director Martin Schneider.

“We are excited to be working with such a talent, and further new signings will be announced in the coming weeks.”
