Lara Croft heads to PS3 and PC

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light arrives on PSN and Steam on September 28th.

The digital-only game – which was released on Xbox Live last month – will also get five DLC packs from October to December. These will be available on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

The first three expansions boast new puzzles, areas and combat experiences while the final two are character packs, which publisher Square Enix promises will contain other well-known video game characters.”

Developer Crystal Dynamics’ general manager Darrell Gallagher said: We can’t wait for PlayStation and PC gamers to get their hands on Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.

We’re committed to delivering the very best gameplay experience possible and the fact that this is the highest-rated Lara Croft game since the original Tomb Raider is a testament to this.”

The game will be available to download on PSN and Steam for 9.99. Players will be able to access single-player and offline co-op modes, with online co-op available at a later date.
