Lady Gaga has successfully taken out an injunction against the creator of manufactured character Lady Goo Goo - preventing any music being officially released from the virtual pop star.
Goo Goo, created by global kids community site Moshi Monsters, enjoyed around a million views per month on YouTube for would-be hit The Moshi Dance. Mind Candy had planned to release The Moshi Dance on iTunes via its newly-formed music division Moshi Music
However, it looks like that success may now never be reflected in the official singles chart. Goo Goo is one of Moshi Monsters' 52 'Moshling' characters. The site, which is owned by games developer Mind Candy, is aimed at the six-to-twelve-year old market and has 50 million registered users worldwide.
