Kinect will be released across the UK and Europe on November 10th.
Microsoft has announced the date for the device's launch ahead of its pre-Gamescom event today.
The news comes amongst a raft of announcements including the first firm details on Xbox Live's integreation into mobile, and the resurrection of key Microsoft PC franchises.
Microsoft previously announced that the device would retail for £129.99 in the UK.
