The latest iteration of Multiplay’s i-Series takes the competitive gaming event to a new venue: Telford International Centre.
i43 will take place over the August bank holiday weekend (Friday, August 26th to Monday, August 29th) and will see gamers battling in a range of tournaments for money, games and hardware.
The total prize pot comes in at £30,000 and is likely to rise as more sponsors sign on closer to the event. Multiplay has promised that some of the biggest upcoming games will be present.
Previous i-Series events were held at Newbury Racecourse. More than 3,000 consumers are expected to compete at i43, with an additional 2,000 spectators.
Multiplay managing director Craig Fletcher said: “The i-Series of multiplayer events have always been a sight to behold but in our new home at the Telford International Centre, it’s going to be our biggest and best yet.”
