“They aren’t the only ones, as throughout the year we will continue to make exciting announcements of other leading publishers adding their titles to our games catalogue.”
The confirmation comes following consumer site pocketgamer.co.uk’s recent report revealed that Nokia has showcased the new technology to a number of high profile content providers including Disney, Sega, Capcom, Square Enix and THQ Wireless at a secret presentation in Santa Monica.
It has already been confirmed that the newly revamped N-Gage will not be a standalone console like before but an embedded gaming platform within Nokia’s new generation of Smartphones.
“By early 2008, we expect to have some of the biggest franchises and hottest mobile games included in the N-Gage experience. Stay tuned, the best is yet to come,” concludes the post.
