New name for VU Games?

The news came as VUG announced a spike in profits of some €41 million in 2005, with the firm also forecasting a very healthy revenue rise of up to 15 per cent in 2006.

Vivendi emphasised that the profits were posted even when taking into account several developer acquisitions, including Radical, Swingin’ Ape, Swordfish and High Moon. The report also underlined the success of releases 50 Cent, Robots, Hulk, F.E.A.R and Crash Team Racing alongside WoW.

Meanwhile Ubisoft's share price has leapt up €1.81 or 5.6 pct at €34.95 after an upgrade to 'buy' from 'hold' at Deutsche Bank.
