A range of Wii games are being promoted at two key UK cities this Christmas.
The firm will be showcasing games at family-friendly Winter Wonderland events in Edinburgh and Cardiff, which run from late November 2010 to early January 2011.
A ‘Wii Join the Party’ stand will feature a range of family games including Ubisoft’s Just Dance 2, Nordic Games’ We Sing Robbie Williams, Nintendo’s Wii Party and Konami’s Karaoke Revolution Glee. Attendees will be encouraged to try the games. Nintendo will a offer a gift wrap service for any software bought from the stand.
Events and partnerships manager Natasha Chatur told MCV: We will be showcasing the Wii to a key audience at a key time – families pre-Christmas.
Winter Wonderland has a great atmosphere and really evokes Christmas spirit. It’s the ideal time and place to show how everyone can have fun on the Wii.
Sampling and outdoor activity has great significance for us.”
