No Wii Zelda in 2010?

Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime has cast doubt on the possibility of the new Wii Zelda title arriving next year.

The game was confirmed to be in development at E3 and rumours persist that it will be ready for release within the next twelve months, but Fils-Aime has stated this may not be the case.

Speaking on GameTrailers TV, he said that Nintendo hasn’t committed to Zelda for 2010”.

Nintendo has already confirmed it will release two core titles, Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid: Other M, next year. For now, Zelda fans will have to make do with The Legend Of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, due for release in a few weeks on December 11th.
