Nvidia today launched its latest desktop GPU, the GeForce GTX 770, with graphics cards based on it set to be released at prices starting Rs 29,990.
GTX 770 is the latest entrant in Nvidia’s Kepler series, and follows the recent launches of the GTX Titan and the GTX 780.
“The GeForce GTX 770 represents a new threshold of performance and features for under $400 and our commitment to PC gaming is why GeForce GPUs continue to be the No. 1 choice of gamers worldwide,” general manager of Nvidia’s GeForce GPU business, Scott Herkelman, said.
The GTX 770 features 1,536 cores and either 4 GB or 2 GB of 7Gbps GDDR5 memory, and it is designed to perform flawlessly with this year’s biggest upcoming games.
Cards based on the GTX 770 GPU are in stores across India from manufacturers such as Asus, Zotac and Galaxy.
