Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 was scheduled for release today but is nowhere to be found on store shelves. However, distributor Origin Games has provided an update on the game’s release.
The game had been delayed due to customs clearance issues, Origin told MCV, but the PC and Xbox 360 versions of the game are now clear and show be in stores starting Friday.
The PS3 version, however, will be delayed further and will be in stores starting Saturday or Monday, Origin said.
PES 2014 has been rebuilt from the ground up using the FOX Engine, and has so far received mostly positive reviews, sitting at 82 on Metacritic.
