Peacock’s appointment as MD completes the senior management restructure at Gem, which has recently seen Simon Lee join as commercial director and Ray Haddow as business development director. Doug Yarker has also been promoted to finance and operations director. Marketing director Dean Van Velsen completes the senior management team.
