Quick Quest announced for tablets and mobiles

Brisbane-based Defiant Development has given MCV exclusive first details on its new tablet game: Quick Quest.

Quick Quest is a primarily tablet-based game (although it will also be available for mobile) which generates an unique dungeon with its own set of challenges for each play session. Regular updates are planned which will give players countless new monsters, weapons and opportunities to level up post-launch.

Morgan Jaffit, co-founder of Defiant Development, said: "We set out with the goal of building a proper game in the Diablo/Torchlight/Titan Quest vein that took touch into account from the ground up, and we believe we’re onto something pretty special."

Defiant Development has previously been responsible for Rocket Bunnies on iOS and Android, and is comprised of several developers from Pandemic’s Brisbane studio.

Quick Quest is currently in pre-alpha, and is expected to hit Android and iOS tablets and phones in early 2012.
