Raptus Games donates app to charity

Green Hearts Recyclers is a new charty set to launch on 5th December, and it's already pre-prepared an app in collaboration with Melbourne-based Raptus Games.

Raptus, developer of Draw: The Showdown, says the app is a way of giving back to the community after overwhelming support for its first game, and will be donating the app, which contains the arcade mini-game Recycle Rush free of charge.

The app features Kevin Water Rat, iconic Melbourne media columnist, and will be supporting the Green Hearts Recyclers as it aims to intercept 'garbage' and find new uses and appropriate scrapping methods for genuine waste.

The team at Raptus told MCV: "The leaders of Green Hearts Recyclers are involved with 5 different charities, including the Ronald McDonald House, SID & KIDS, The Think Pink Foundation, Pets Haven and The Lighthouse Foundation. We were more then  happy to be apart of this assistance amongst leading charities in Australia."

"It's a great opportunity for us to expose both our work to the public, and get our company more known around Melbourne. Especially in this time and age when advertising via an application on the app store is a standard step for many business', since we are able to offer that service at competitive rates for clients."

The Green Hearts Recyclers app will be available early December for iOS.
