Save Point relaunches

Videogame TV show Save Point is set for a relaunch tomorrow, as it airs on Channel One with a new focus and new presenters.

Triumph Leisure Solutions (TLS) and the Australasian Entertainment Factory (AEF) are responsible for the show, and state that it will continue its intelligent commentary and irreverent fun mixture, while Maude Garrett takes her leave and two new presenters, Rae Johnston and Amali Ward, join the team.

Rae has been a casual gamer since first playing Donkey Kong at 4, and comes out of a theatre, film TV and radio background, while Amali is a hardcore handheld enthusiast and has previously appeared on Australian Idol.

The pair join existing co-hosts Jeremy 'Junglist' Ray and Paul Verhoeven (pictured).

TLS boasts the show's partnerships with e-sports, development college the Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE) and in-roads into every gaming event in Australia and pledges a continued approach which is accessible and fun.
