SCi ‘on track’ for FY2006, announces WWTBAM and Stacked

The Britsoft publisher also announced two new titles this morning in its interim statement – a new version of top-seller Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and Stacked, a poker game developed in association with US poker player Daniel Negranu. In addition, SCi will be extending Tomb Raider Legend to the DS, GBA and GameCube formats.

“Our plan for the full year remain on track,” offered chief executive Jane Cavanagh. “Following SCi’s acquisition of Eidos in May 2005 we have integrated the two groups, achieved target cost savings and rebuilt the strength of key Eidos franchises. We are confident that the launch of eagerly awaited titles such as Tomb Raider Legend and Hitman: Blood Money provides a firm base to our profitability for the full 2006 financial year.

“We are building an impressive product portfolio for the 2007 and 2008 financial years. Today’s announcements of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and Stacked further boost this pipeline.”
