Ratcliffe previously worked for Disney Interactive Studios as marketing director of EMEA, where he helped launch The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, Spectrobes, and most recently, Turok.
Prior to working for Disney, Ratcliffe was employed by EA as European marketing director.
Ratcliffe will oversee product marketing, advertising and PR, and will report directly to president and COO of Sega of America, Simon Jeffery.
