THQ has appointed industry veteran Julian Woods as vice president of UK & Export, putting him in charge of all THQ operations in the UK.
Woods (left) joins after 16 years at Microsoft, where his most recent position was regional director for Middle East and Africa.
“I’m incredibly excited,” he said. “It’s great to be returning to the UK to lead our business in the most dynamic of markets.”
Woods is joined by former Microsoft colleague Jonny Harvey (above right), who takes up the role of THQ sales director for UK & Ireland. He previously served as UK Xbox sales manager.
