Sold Out is to partner with Frontier Developments to bring Planet Coaster and Elite Dangerous: Legendary Edition to retail. The boxed version of Planet Coaster will launch on May 23rd, while the boxed edition of Elite Dangerous will arrive on PS4 and Xbox One later this year.

Planet Coaster first launched on PC back in November 2016. It enjoyed great critical success and currently has a Metacritic score of 84. Elite Dangerous, meanwhile, initially launched on PC in December 2014, which was followed by a digital release on Xbox One in October 2015. A PlayStation 4 version is currently planned for later this year.

The Legendary Edition of Elite Dangerous coming to retail, meanwhile, will include the main game, the Elite Dangerous: Horizons expansion pack and 1,000 Frontier Points for use as in-game currency.

"We’re thrilled to be working with Frontier Developments on two of the best titles created in Britain in recent years. Frontier’s creativity, passion and quality is something we admire, and we’re looking forward to working together to take these titles to retail stores around the world," said Garry Williams, CEO of Sold Out.

Frontier's COO David Walsh added: "We want Frontier’s great games to be enjoyed by as many players around the world as possible. We're therefore delighted to be working with Sold Out on our retail presence for Planet Coaster and Elite Dangerous.'
