Sonic running for charity

SEGA has announced that Sonic the Hedgehog himself will be running for charity in the 2011 Rebel Sport Run4Fun challenge on 6th November.

All money raised from the annual charity event will be donated to the Sydney Children's Foundation, which is the main fundraising body for the Sydney Children's Hospital in Randwick, Sydney.

Sonic aims to raise AUD$5000 in time for the event, just in time for the launch of Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Anyone looking to donate to this great cause should follow this link for more details.

Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games is coming for Wii and 3DS on 17th November.
