Soul Calibur IV swings for next-gen

Hot on the heels of yesterday’s confirmation that arcade shooter Time Crisis 4 is heading for PS3, Namco Bandai has stated that it is hard at work on Soul Calibur IV for Xbox 360 and PS3.

Though no European release details have been revealed yet, the firm has stated it will be out in the US some time next year. The new title joins the previously announced that Soul Calibur Legends that is currently in the works on Wii.

New characters and modes are anticipated for the title, and there’s also the possibility of multiplayer online play.
