There Came An Echo getting Xbox One version for Kinect

A new Kinect-specific game has been confirmed for Xbox One.

OXM reports that successfully Kickstarted title There Came An Echo is in line for an Xbox One release some time after it debuts on PC, which is expected around October.

The game itself features Star Trek’s Wesley ‘Wil Wheaton’ Crusher and is a squad-based, isometric, voice-controlled action affair being developed by Iridium. The Kinect version will also integrate gesture control.

It also allows users to use custom voice commands and squad units will offer an element of voice-controlled chat interaction. Controller support is offered for those who prefer to keep shtum.

The game was after $90,000 and closed with $115,569.
