Top-selling games of 2010 revealed

Mass Effect 2 and Red Dead Redemption may have picked up various ‘game of the year’ awards, but which titles topped the charts in terms of units sold?

Gfk Chart-Track’s Top 50 data has revealed that Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops was the biggest game of 2010, followed by EA’s FIFA 11 and Ubisoft’s Just Dance.

Football Manager 2011 led the PC charts while Professor Layton and The Lost Future was the best-selling DS game. There was no place for instrument games this year, with DJ Hero, Guitar Hero, Rock Band and SingStar failing to break into the Top 50.
