ORIGINAL STORY: Entertainment retailer HMV is to push hard for as big a share of the LA Noire market as possible with a tempting trade-in deal for gamers, MCV has been lead to believe.
Anyone willing to trade-in a copy of this week's UK No.1 Brink will be able to buy Rockstar's new title for just £4.99.
HMV has offered these sorts of deals before, notably with Sony's Gran Turismo 5. It also offered Call of Duty: Black Ops for just £7.99 under similar stipulations.
With such high anticipation for LA Noire, it wouldn't be a surprise if many retailers identified it as a strong candidate for a spot of promotional discounting.
