Overall video game sales are predicted to have risen 16 per cent, with potential sales of $333 million expected, a decent rise compared to 2006’s figure $286m. Those forecasts are based upon $228m sales on ‘new’ platforms such as PS3, Wii, 360, PSP and DS, with current generation sales expected to come in at $105m.
The report also reccomends that investors snap up EA GameStop, THQ and Ubisoft shares.
