Vice City Stories heads to PS2

In traditional Rockstar fashion, the announcement has been kept under wraps until late on in the process, with the release date being only a month away – March 9th.

Much like its predecessor Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories will most likely carry a discount price of £19.99 on PS2, though Rockstar has not confirmed any details as of yet.

Both Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories have proved hugely popular on PSP, becoming the two best selling titles on the format in 2006.

Although there has been no word yet, don’t be surprised to hear a San Andreas Stories on PSP announcement some time in the future, a title that could prove to be the final swan song for the series on PS2 ahead of the release of Grand Theft Auto IV on next-gen formats this October.
