Wargaming sets down roots in Southeast Asia

Players of World of Tanks in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines will soon be finding that their gaming experience has become somewhat smoother.

Wargaming has announced the establishment of a direct presence in the region, in which it released World of Tanks back in May. As well as a dedicated customer support services, this also means the establishment of a Singapore-based server group.

"We’d like to thank our partners, SEA Gaming, for their assistance in establishing our presence in Southeast Asia," Wargaming CEO Victor Kislyi. "We stand firmly on our feet now and are focused on maintaining sustainable long-term growth in the market."
