Yahoo CMO joins Nintendo

Following the spate of staff changes that were announced after Nintendo’s confirmation that it is moving its NoA headquarters from Seattle to San Francisco Bay, two new faces have joined the American arm of the company.

Cammie Dunaway, the former chief marketing officer for web giant Yahoo!, joins the firm as executive vice president of sales and marketing, effective on November 5th. She fills the position vacated by Reggie Fils-Aime, who is now NoA president.

"Cammie Dunaway is the perfect choice to drive the next phase of Nintendo’s business," Fils-Aime stated. "She is a tremendous leader and will help continue momentum behind both Wii and Nintendo DS."

In addition, the former president of Nintendo Research Inc, Shigeyuki Takahashi, will on November 1st become executive vice president.
