50 games firms already signed up for Interface on May 14th

Serious momentum is gathering behind Interface, our brand new games content marketplace for pitching and presenting new games and products.

There are 50 games companies already signed up to take part in the all-day event taking place on May 14th at Candid Arts, near Angel in Central London.

Interface is organised by the teams behind MCV and its sister publication Develop, and aims to bring game creators together with investors, publishers and other potential partners, with a mix of public expo, private meetings and breakout sessions.

  • The following are signed to take part as exhibitors and/or are registered for private meetings: Grey Wizard, Grandline Studios, Temple Games, Player Research,Indigo Pearl, 505 Games, Green Man Loaded, Yippee, Total Eclipse, Freekstorm, Pixelbits, Antstream, MHT Game and Deuce.
  • A curated Indie Zonepresented by Unity will welcome a further 10 studios and their games to the event.
  • Plus, we have a number of unannounced titles and studios set for attendance in private demos for publishers and potential partners.
  • Interface also has delegates signed up from a number of indie studios from across the UK including: Aniode, Butcherlab, Triangular Pixels, Hybrid Tech, Ground Shatter, Altered Gene, PixelBits, Abyssal Arts, The Great Unwashed, Semaeopus, Studio Pepwuper, Playrise Digital, QuizTix, I Fight Bears, Mudvark, Mbryonic and The Third Moon.

Interface will connect developers of all sizes, start-ups and creators of new games with investors and backers – there are also planned breakout sessions on topics like better business practices, and areas for studios looking to recruit, plus networking and lounge spaces.

Key to the day is the Interface Meeting System, which connects studios and new games with potential publishers and investors – you register for the system (either as a delegate with a pitch or a meeting host) and we arrange your schedule for you.

More information on how you can take part can be found below, or at www.interface.events.

Prices to take part in Interface start at just 49.

Registration for walk-in delegates is open now – with some free tickets for small studios of up to four staff, and other basic tickets starting at 20. Head to www.interface.events to register.
