BioShock: The Collection appears on 2K’s website

The long-rumoured HD BioShock compilation has resurfaced once again, this time on publisher 2K’s website.

A logo, cover art as well as screens for HD versions of BioShock and BioShock Infinite were spotted and recorded by AllGamesDeltabefore they were promptly removed from 2K’s site.

These pics give an indication of how much of a visual overhaul the games have received, and compares the original releases to the new versions.

Previously, BioShock: The Collection has appeared on South African retailer Raru, as well as Brazil’s ratings board. The title also showed up on American ratings board the ESRB, a listing which confirmed that all three BioShock games will be appearing in the compilation.

To date, the BioShock franchise has sold in excess of 25m units.

The official BioShock Twitter account tweeted asking people to ‘kindly’ follow it – alluding to an official announcement of the above incoming.
