Broken Age arrives next month for PS4, Vita

The second act of Kickstarter-backed adventure game Broken Age is nearing release, and developer Double Fine is marking the occasion by bringing the game to PS4 and PS Vita.

The US PlayStation Blog reveals the full release of Broken Age will arrive in North America on the PlayStation Store on the same day that Act 2 launches on PC, Mac and Linux – April 28th. The game will arrive on Sony’s platforms the following day, April 29th, in Europe.

The PS4 and Vita edition will specifically feature cross-buy and cross-save features. It’s also worth noting that the game will no longer be considered episodic on PC once the final act releases, as both releases will be merged and sold together as one product.

Broken Age is out on Ouya and iOS as well – though no word on when Act 2 is expected out on the platforms. The game is supposedly in development for Android, but lacks a release window of any kind at the moment.
