Crackdown 2 DLC due this month

The first DLC pack for Microsoft shooter Crackdown 2 will be available to download on Xbox Live later this month.

‘Deluge’ features a new four player co-op mode where users are pitted against increasingly challenging waves of enemies in Pacific City. There is also a ‘Capture the Orb’ mode which is similar to ‘Capture the Flag’ modes in other games.

Players will be able to download a trial version of the add-on pack for free – offering ‘Capture the Orb’ and a scaled down single-player version of the ‘Deluge’ co-op mode. The premium version will include both full modes.

Owners of Windows Phone 7 and portable game Crackdown 2: Project Sunburst can gain access to extras and bonuses in ‘Deluge’, such as rocket-equipped Agency helicopters, extra Peacekeepers and more power-ups.

The Crackdown 2 ‘Deluge’ DLC will be available to download on November 16th, with the premium version costing 560 Microsoft Points (around 6).
