'Expo of Art' to run at this year's Edinburgh Interactive Festival

EIF 08 to celebrate game art

Edinburgh Interactive Festival chairman Chris Deering has unveiled plans to celebrate video game art at the Edinburgh Interactive Festival 2008, reports MCV.

The EIF boss has called on game development teams to showcase single frames captured from actual play in their games for the ‘Expo Of Art’.

Any game that has not yet been released, or has been released since January this year is eligible for the expo and a number of the submissions will be selected to be printed as posters at the Conference Centre in Edinburgh.
