Rising Star announces Deadly Premonition

Rising Star Games has announced it will be publishing Deadly Premonition on the Xbox 360 in PAL territories.

The game will be released in the UK this autumn and follows an FBI agent, who must fend off supernatural creatures while investigating the brutal murder of a little girl.

Deadly Premonition has generated a cult following in the US after word of mouth drove strong sales, despite hugely mixed review scores – ranging from 2/10 on IGN to 10/10 on Destructoid.

"Having seen how Deadly Premonition split reviewers’ opinions in America, gamers are itching to get their hands on it to judge it for themselves," said Rising Star Games’ MD Martin Defries.

"We have high hopes for what can only be described as the most distinctive survival horror game that has ever been released – it’s going to be interesting to see how the game is received over here. It’s a cult classic in the making."
