Three-day delays for Medal of Honor: Warfighter, NFS: Most Wanted in India

Both of EA’s high-profile upcoming releases – Medal of Honor: Warfighter and Need for Speed: Most Wanted, will be available in India three days later than the scheduled release date.

Danger Close’s second Medal of Honor game, which was earlier scheduled for release on 26th October, will now arrive on the 29th.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted, Criterion’s take on the 2005 classic, was earlier headed for a 2nd November release, but will now arrive on 5th November.

These delays will only apply to the PlayStation and PC versions of these games, which are distributed by Milestone Interactive. No delay has been announced for the Xbox 360 versions, which is distributed by Redington.

Milestone has said that the releases have been pushed back for logistical reasons and to ensure that the games are launched smoothly and simultaneously across the country.

While not all past EA games arrived on time, this is the first time that the release date for India has been officially pushed back.
